By using this website and placing orders through it, you agree to:

• Do not make any false or fraudulent order. If it could reasonably be considered that an order of this nature has been made, we will be authorized to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
• Provide us with your email address, postal address and / or other contact information truthfully and accurately. Likewise, you agree that we may use this information to contact you if necessary (see our Privacy Policy).

PRICE POLICIES

The prices of the products, services, promotions, availability and effective sale dates on this site may change at any time. Prices are handled in US dollars. The prices displayed on the "Site" are valid only for this means of sale.

Bogavana does not share customer information, including email addresses, outside of Bogavana.

Even within Bogavana, we restrict access to your information to those in other areas of the company who do not need to know your information. Any third party companies that we use to provide you with products or services are required to keep your information safe and confidential.

The only times you will receive an email from Bogavana will have something to do with an order you placed, a query you made, and / or an occasional promotional email. You can choose not to receive our promotional emails at any time.

Payments:

RETURNS

For orders placed in the United States, we will accept a return within 15 days after the delivery date.

For international orders you can return it within 30 days. It is important to mention that in order for us to accept a return, the items must be in perfect condition, have all the labels and the original package. Items MUST be new and never used. We will not refund cash for returned items, we can only exchange items for new items.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. In case you do not have the item for which you want to make the change, you will have that balance in favor for 6 months. Keep in mind that the products to which some type of discount has been applied are considered final sale and are not suitable for exchanges or money back. Read more about our return policy.

To manage your return you only have to make the request to the email  info@bogavana.com In response we will send you a return authorization form for you to complete. When requesting the exchange make sure to provide all the details (product and size), so we can manage the shipping process.

Do not forget to include a copy of the original invoice in the package, this information is essential to manage the procedure smoothly.

Bogavana will only accept the return of products that present factory defects; You must be sure of your choice when ordering as they do not make returns for details related to the color or style of the garment.

 SHIPPING

In Bogavana the orders will be carried out in the next 3 business days after having made the order and the payment has been confirmed, through USPS with the order number you will have the possibility to track the order at any time with the link that we will provide.

Shipping costs include the cost of handling the garments, packaging and shipping as such are borne by Bogavana worldwide.

Local orders of any swimsuits ship within 1-3 business days in the United States. These times don’t apply when shopping during holidays. Any order of beachwear products or accessories read in the product description about the current expected delivery time.

Orders of international shipments will depend on the region. These times may vary if package is hold by local authorities or customs.

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an email with your tracking number, so you can check the status of your package. In case you don't receive your order, you can email us at info@fadamare.com.
